Terms and Conditions of Notebook Ownership Program (“Promotion”) Extra +FUN Dollars Rebate:

The promotion period is from 1 August to 31 October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

This Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng MMPOWER World Mastercard and Unviersity / College Affinity Card ("Designated Eligible Credit Card").

To enjoy the Reward, the principal card and its supplementary card customers must successfully and separately register their Eligible Credit Card once via hangseng.com/nop during the Promotion Period. If a customer registers repeatedly, only the first successful registration is valid.

Eligible Transactions include transactions settled in Hong Kong Dollars at Helix Distribution Limited (“Designated Merchant”) via its website or roadshow venues with a single net spending of HKD6,000 or above with the Eligible Credit Card) from the month of successful registration to the end of Promotion Period, excluding transactions via e-wallets (including but not limited to Alipay or WeChat Pay) (“Eligible Transactions”). If a customer makes multiple Eligible Transactions, only the Eligible Transaction with the highest amount will be counted for the Rewards.
The details of the Eligible Transaction amount and the corresponding Reward are as follows:

Eligible Transactions must be completed within the Promotion Period and posted to the relevant Designated Eligible Credit Card accounts respectively within 14 days upon the end of the Promotion Period. Rewards will be calculated on a per Designated Eligible Credit Card account basis. If the principal card and its supplementary card share the same credit limit (i.e. under same credit card account), only the Eligible Transaction with the highest amount in a single net purchase among all the eligible transactions completed by the principal card and its supplementary card(s) will be taken for the calculation of the Rewards.

Only Eligible Transactions made by the registered Designated Eligible Credit Card from the month of successful registration to the end of the Promotion Period will be counted for the Rewards. Any transactions which are found to be fraudulent, unposted, cancelled or refunded will not be counted as Eligible Transactions.

The Rewards will be credited into the Designated Eligible Credit Card accounts of the customers on or before December 2024. Such credit card account should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant +FUN Dollars rebate are credited.

The Rewards are calculated based on the amount of each net individual Eligible Transaction, which means the final amount posted to the Eligible Credit Card, and the use of any discount offers or +FUN Dollars will not be taken into account.

The Rewards will be rounded down to the nearest +FUN Dollar. Any +FUN Dollars rebate of less than $1 +FUN Dollar will not be rewarded.

No alteration or cancellation can be made to the registration, and all rewarded +FUN Dollars rebate cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstance.

Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) will determine the eligibility of the Rewards based on the transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of discrepancy, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.

Customers must keep the original sales slips / online spending records of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips / online spending records for verification. All sales slips / online spending records submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.

Unless otherwise specified, the Eligible Transactions of this Promotion cannot be rewarded in conjunction with other +FUN Dollars promotions.

All products, services and information related to this Promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by relevant merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.

Hang Seng reserves the right to vary or terminate this Promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion from time to time without prior notice.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng shall be final.

No person other than the customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.

The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

Terms and Conditions of 2nd Reward

The promotion period is from 24 July to 31 October 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

This promotion is applicable to Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card, but excluding Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards (“Eligible Credit Card”).

No registration is required to enjoy the reward.

Eligible Transactions include:

transactions settled in Hong Kong Dollars at Helix Distribution Limited (“HELIX”) via its website or roadshow venues with the Eligible Credit Card during the Promotion Period.

Transactions via e-wallets (including but not limited to Alipay or WeChat Pay) are not eligible transactions and are excluded from this promotion.

Each eligible transaction is entitled to receive 2 pieces of MCL Cinemas 2D Movie Voucher (“Voucher”).

After the eligible transaction is settled, the customer will receive the Vouchers during the order redemption/delivery.

One Voucher can be used to redeem one MCL Cinemas 2D movie ticket.

The Voucher can only be used for shows on or before the expiry date.

No refund will be provided regardless of the ticket value of the ticket claimed.

The Voucher can be used once only and any copy is invalid.

The use of the Vouchers is subject to the relevant terms and conditions of MCL Cinemas.

MCL Cinemas reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions and discontinue or terminate the use of the Voucher without prior notice.

MCL Cinemas reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

If a customer has received the Vouchers and subsequently cancels the relevant order, the Vouchers must be returned to HELIX together with the notebook, tablet or desktop computer.

The Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis subject to daily quota, available while stocks last.

In case of any dispute about the promotion, the decision of Hang Seng / HELIX shall be final.
